When you’re into video games as much as I am, it can be tough to consistently motivate yourself to get out of that comfy chair and hit the gym. Fortunately, you can turn just about any gaming experience into a healthy workout. Here’s some extra rules you can follow when you play League of Legends to keep yourself fit and looking good.
Cardio of Legends – Round 1
Cardio of Legends (CoL) can be played during any normal, solo, or ranked 5s game. The goal is to not actually miss any game time when doing your exercises.
List of Movements
- push ups
- monkey climbers
- jumping jacks
- one-legged tricep extension
Every time you die, do 10 push ups
If you died and didn’t have adequate ward coverage, do 20 crunches
If your team gets aced, do 20 jumping jacks
If you’re the last person on your team to die during an ace, do monkey climbers the entire time you’re dead
If you die while recalling do 10 one-legged tricep extensions
If you’re a jungler and you miss smite on Baron or Dragon immediately recall and do 10 push ups
After the game is over, do 1 sit up for every death your team has and 1 jumping jack for every kill
